I was wondering how to make a banner for my site, like on other sites if you want to link to them you can copy a text or banner html code to paste on your site and for adding as my sig on other parenting forums?

I know this is probably a silly question but I really dont know how to do it, I have dreamweaver, an older version and I have built my site so far by trial and error on it because I am trying to learn it bit by bit.

Also I did get a phone call from a seo company in America a few days ago they wanted to sell me a package for optimizing my site to rank better and they asked my budget, I dont have a budget, other that the cost of my domain and hosting which I bought with money I got for my birthday

Would that be something I should consider saving for? I really wont be able to afford it this year
